In the Amazon the Elisiri lived a unique experience to enrich themselves professionally and spiritually: at the Manaus market, to search for local ingredients, or by boat, to witness the explosive force of the majestic Amazon River that meets the Rio Negro, in the dark night in canoeing to experience the sounds of the Amazon and exploring the lush forest together with a botanic to discover the primordial ingredients, immersed in a magical and spiritual world together with a shaman who tells myths of the forest and the thousand uses of plants.\n
