“Be the Difference” was a three-day experience created to celebrate Bolton’s 75th anniversary and bring people from across the Group together in Greece. More than a retrospective, the event connected the company’s heritage with its future, turning the anniversary into a shared reflection on the people, values, and ideas that have shaped Bolton.

At the heart of the experience was “The Core,” an immersive circular convention space surrounded by a curved exhibition celebrating the Group’s history, brands, and milestones. Two plenary days combined leadership talks, strategy, innovation, sustainability, category presentations, panel discussions, awards, and an interactive team challenge.

The programme balanced business content with moments designed to encourage connection and participation: a playful 1950s-inspired opening dinner, a Greek night in Gialova with local musicians and a surprise sirtaki performance, and an iPad adventure that transformed the second day into a collaborative experience.

The celebration culminated in “The Sky Is the Limit,” a sunset gala at Ammothines Beach Bar featuring tailor-made magic performances, live music, an awards ceremony, and a DJ set. The result was a cohesive journey through heritage, community, and ambition celebrating 75 years while inviting everyone to shape what comes next and truly be the difference.
